Responsibilities included overseeing all post-production for the three shows in addition to all production duties for the three shows. Booked crews and handled general logistics for the daily needs of the shows Developed budgets and submitted to the network and clients for approval for future bill back purposes.

Hired ENG crews, renting production trailers, organizing limo pick ups for talent, coordinating satellite feeds of the events and ordering lighting.

Coordinated with the executive producer and segment producers to schedule “edits” with 5 Avid editors that operated 24 hours a day, 6 days a week.
