Carried equipment, went on supply run, kept an eye on talent until camera was ready.

Two small commercials for small company, day shoots each; cinematographer, operator, gaffer, grip. Also did basic stop-motion animation with director.

Shot on Panavision Genesis. Maintained lenses, kept batteries charged, slated, helped 1st AC with breaking down and setting up camera. Also was primary dolly grip: moved dolly between shots and during shot, kept hydraulics charged.

Helped director to plan coverage, did rudimentary storyboarding. Shot on Sony FS700; worked a lot with gaffer to determine lighting and was primary camera operator. We had a 7 foot jib, standard tripod/baby legs, and a hand held rig. After the shoot, I synced up the audio/video on FCP.

Shot on Canon C300. Lens changes, set up tripod, helped to frame up when needed, followed focus, took out media, kept batteries charged.

Shot on FS100. Helped with lens changes, keeping the camera charged, set up tripod, helped DP to frame up when needed, moved dolly between and during shot.

I wrote and directed this student project. The biggest movie I made at NYU, it's one 7-and-a-half minute long take. We pre-lit on Day 1, Day 2 we shot all day, and 3 we broke down. It took a while to get colored and sound designed because of prior engagements of the crew.

Shot on Canon 7D. Planned shoot and look of film with director. Run-and-gun style, used available lighting. Sole operator, occasional lens change. Basically the whole camera department for a few day shoot.
