Assisted the casting department during the audition process of The Voice (6). Kept log of “maybes.” Ushered auditions in and out of room, quickly and efficiently. Adjusted sound equipment. Transferred confidential documents. Clean up/Set up. Other standard PA work.

Assisted production office. Researched ideas in development. Wrote treatments for potential television shows. Went on runs to various parts of the city for pick ups/drop offs of equipment and paperwork. Answered phones and directed calls. Scheduled shoots.

Assisted talent agents in their day to day activities. Responsible for talent payment distribution. Listened to talent auditions to send out to casting directors. Answered and directed phone calls. Standard office work (filing, faxing, copying, etc)

Assisted production office. Purchased necessities for “above the line” housing/living while on location. Drove talent to appointments, train stations, airports, etc. Worked directly with talent and families. Researched pricing for necessities.
