Arranged COVID tests, handled all COVID 19 paperwork, ensured filming locations met COVID safety standards, made sure common contact areas were cleaned regularly through the day, acquired and distributed PPE to crew as needed.

I created daily call sheets, hired PAs, made sure the Bakery set had all necessary cooking/props/building supplies, tracked expenses, managed the movement of 1500lb equipment safely, set up the amenities for the Bakery set.

I created daily call sheets for up to three crews, booked locations and dealt with the film commission. I handled the crew paperwork, tracked rushes and liaised with post. I also managed the release forms, sometimes releasing 300 contributors in one day. I oversaw the location budget and dealt with all petty cash and expenses. I was the only member of production on location.

Scheduling Coordinator working at the NFL Network Culver Studio in the office/stage. My focus is on scheduling the Post Dept., which consists of managing the edit facilities and scheduling editors, but I also assist with staffing and scheduling the other departments, such as camera, audio, and directors, etc.

Office based Production/Office Manager. I worked closely with the HOP within the digital department of Condé Nast. My duties included implementing systems to track all in-house gear across multiple productions, hiring crew, and assisting the creative team to ensure all shoots had the necessary equipment and props.

Production Manager working on location and in the office. My duties included sourcing locations, creating call sheets, booking gear, and hiring 80+ crew members for stage shoots. I handled all of the day-to-day logistics for the shoots.

Office and location Field Coordinator. My duties included hiring and managing 12 production assistances, sourcing rentals from local grip houses whilst on location, arranging permits and working with the producers to ensure all props were purchased and available for each set-up. I also arranged security, cast and crew transportation, and catering for a crew of 40.

I hired and managed 20+ production assistants, arranged meals for a crew of 100+ and worked with the talent coordinator to arrange all of the cast travel, both to LA, and to and from set each day.

Office and field production coordinator working in LA to set up the shoot, and then on location in Canada, primarily in Alberta and Canmore, followed by the US shoot in West Palm Beach and Ft. Myers, and Moab. I sourced, hired and managed local PAs in each city, and arranged the equipment carnet and Canadian visas for crew. I also managed crew and cast travel.

Production coordinator in the office and then on location around the US. I handled location paperwork, including creating call sheets and obtaining releases, and ensured the insurance and crew paperwork was in order. I hired crews and organized their start-up paperwork, and booked the both crew and contributor travel, accommodation and ground transportation. I also managed per diems and petty cash, sourced local equipment rentals and hired local crew. as needed. I scouted locations and arranged the necessary film permits, and worked with the story producers to organizing the story documents. I took production stills, maintained the post and production servers, organized all of the media shipments to post and created production reports. I also arranged wrap binder.

Field Coordinator working on location in California and Florida. I liaised with the local police in each location, arranged all of the film permits, maintained the equipment, scheduled PAs, and organized the catering. I also handled insurance for all vehicles, and took care of the expenses, petty cash and releases. On set I worked as the AD to ensure we kept to schedule.

Field Coordinator working in the LA office and then on location around the US for multiple episodes. I sourced and hired local PAs in each city, arranged film permits and organized all ground transportation. I sourced and booked accommodation and hired equipment locally when it was necessary. I also took care of the crew per diems and worked as AD on set to keep to schedule. I arranged shipment of media to the post department and handled location appearance and materials release forms. I also worked with the story producer to organize the story documents.

Location PA on a show featuring Guinness World Record breaking attempts. Assisted all departments on a show, obtained contributors and location releases, wrangled members of the public.

Location & office PA over six episodes. Assisted production & crew with equipment, props, catering & driving. Managed petty cash, sourced props, some logging. Assisted 2nd unit with B- roll / GVs shoots.

Location PA. Assisted director, camera department and production team.

Location PA for studio shoots at Universal Studios. Provided craft service for the crew.

Location PA. Drove cube truck to pick-up grip and camera equipment, assisted all departments throughout the shoot in a difficult beach location, liaised with talent, handled crowd control, looked after craft service, dealt with floats and expenses.

Location PA. Assisted the production team and all departments throughout the shoot, sourced wardrobe, dealt with petty cash and handled expenses, liaised with talent, managed crowd control, coordinated catering and looked after craft service in a rugged desert location.

Location PA. Solo PA for a crew of 25. Drove cube truck to pick-up grip and camera equipment, assisted catering, liaised with the location, dealt with petty cash and handled expenses, assisted the talent, managed craft service, assisted all departments.
