-Developed a wide array of IP including comics, anime, novels, TV, and video games for live action adaptations by creating pitch decks that highlighted appeal and adaptation concepts of properties. -Researched international markets and established a database of properties for potential project consideration. -Created and maintained lists for internal tracking and development, available talent, new talent, and competitive information.

-Supported executive producer in day-to-day development of the show, including talent lists, editing animatics/temp scores, script coverage, and other assistant duties. -Worked closely with show creator in hiring concept artists and casting directors for the pilot. -Pitched the show to international talent agencies and potential partners.

-Coordinated commercial productions in Los Angeles, completing tasks including organizing costs estimates, arranging travel plans, itineraries, location scouting, talent care, and casting. -Provided a bridge for effective communication between the production team and vendors. -Translated confidential/creative documents including contracts, scripts, and storyboards.

-Worked with producer to develop a pool of IP (sci-fi and fantasy) for feature adaptations, and contributed on an on-going basis to the development process. -Liaised with media publishing companies and maintained week-to-week communication regarding status of projects. -Sought out and recommended strong IP for development, wrote script coverage, and contributed to story notes.

-Built and prepped a full scale tsunami set in Northridge. -Attended production meetings and assisted in director’s preproduction requests. -Constructed an office, bedroom, and prison set in one studio.
