Assisted in the research and production of the documentary series Inside Fame. -Secured locations, coordinated logistics and booked talent for shoots. -Located and licensed footage and visual elements, digitized material, and assembled AVID string outs. -Assisted the editor and producer in post-production pulling material, selecting shots, and suggesting script revisions.

Supported Executive Producers in preparation & execution of the show – operations included analyzing household & key demo ratings, conducting research, maintaining production calendars. Organized & managed production logistics including tape & air date calendars, script & research deadlines, & programming of show content. Casted guests & experts for on-air appearance. Pitched segment ideas. Provided administrative & personal support. 

Provided administrative support to the show’s four Supervising Producers – managed deadlines and reminders for weekly beat sheets, grid overviews and script drafts. Responsible for messaging to staff any revisions of script content, segment titles and taping schedule– sent out a nightly grid email that reflected show changes. 

Assisted Dr. Oz and Producers in rehearsals, was responsible for making sure all talent and guests signed legal paperwork, and helped manage the audience. Supported staff in all aspects of producing a segment, including going on field shoots, booking guests, selecting music and graphics, making blue cards, and researching content.
