This event required me to coordinate itineraries, work timelines, technical equipment and personnel scheduling with the Murrow staff, college guests, workshop leaders, speakers and student volunteers. In the time leading up to the events, I created event spreadsheets, coordinated travel itineraries and administered all student volunteer responsibilities.

Managed breakout Facebook page of WSU Health and Wellness Services, implemented an original social media policy for the organization, executed social media campaigns for various student groups and handled creative content development and scheduling.

Collaborated with television department to promote shows and events, generated online content and maintained website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts, assisted in planning and execution of philanthropic events resulting in $4,000 raised.

Worked with clients such as Taj Hotels, Ko Olina Resort, and Monte Carlo SBM, wrote and distributed press releases, drafted media lists and journalist dossiers for events, contributed content to agency social media accounts reaching more than 2,500 people, handled high volume phone lines and maintained databases and contact lists.

Handled high volume phone lines, prepared and edited presentations, wrote content and edited layout for internal publications.
