Picked up weekly paychecks for all staff. Coordinated with VP of Post and AEs to schedule weekly hard drive drop-off and pick-up. Worked with Post Coordinator on all elements of wrap binder for Network delivery.

Collaborated with Post Coordinator and AEs to ensure workflow efficiency to remain on schedule. Managed DropBox folders and uploaded files and documents, ensuring that all staff had access to it. Tracked all media on GoogleDocs and met with AEs to track daily progress with footage.

Supported the Post Coordinator in all day-to-day aspects of post production. Distributed post cut schedule to all staff to meet internal and Network cut deadlines. Completed source tape logs, blur lists and texted element / Chyron lists for all episodes and snap-ins. Simultaneously worked on Rocky Mountain Law for NatGeo and Catching Monsters for Discovery US.
