Work with Production Finance and Producers to create film animated budgets for numerous theme park development projects; Prepare cost reports and summaries, rough order magnitudes and budgets. Provide answers/info for general estimate questions; Meet regularly with Director of Production regularly, regarding ETC’s and other project financial needs;

Oversight of pre-production, production and post-production finance activities;Work with production departments on production budgets.Oversee all finance issues with freelance Production Accountants; Analyze/prepare summaries of Cost Reports. Ensure funding and studio paid costs are recorded; Approve all AP/Payroll; Close out production bank accounts pending approval from Controller;

Travel to domestic and international locations; manage, reconcile and audit PC/P-Cards; track cost for bill backs and trade-outs; process payroll (union and non-union); set up domestic and international vendors. Issue per-diems to cast and crew; Provide weekly cost reports for each location; Enter A/P and JE transactions.
