• Spearheaded project to find summer ESL courses for international students; successfully contracted with Pitzer College and initiated summer enrollment process • Identified gap in the New Student Orientation process and collaborated with the Student Services office to establish a role for the Admissions staff to participate in the Fall Orientation week

• Rebuilt office infrastructure to a dynamic, hands-on, externalized and results-oriented system • Increased diversity and application totals by creating new and strengthening existing ties with feeder schools • Created a better experience for prospective students, applicants and entering classes by augmenting faculty and alumni participation in all admissions events

• AFI’s first Admissions Manager - founded the department. • Redesigned the Conservatory’s application, review and interview processes, increasing efficiency • Built lasting relationships with undergraduate art, design and film programs across the country, establishing annual recruitment efforts • Wrote and designed the annual Conservatory Catalog

• Key support in Dean’s office as school transitioned to a more academic Conservatory structure • Maintained the Dean’s calendar, travel, correspondence and all administrative support; generated all faculty and guest artist contracts; minute-taking and distribution • Annually revised, printed and distributed the AFI Production Handbook, Safety Handbook and Student Handbook

• Key support in Dean’s office during construction of the NCSA Studio Village • Primary coordinator for the 1997 “Introduction to the Industry” trip to Los Angeles for the film school's first graduating class - repeated in 1998 • Relocated with Dean upon his appointment as Dean of the AFI Conservatory
