-Worked directly with the Event Producer and Associate Event Producer to manage show credentials and ticket distribution -Maintained spreadsheet document of cast, crew, and VIPs to manage distribution of show credentials -Assisted in obtaining show tickets for guests of production attending the show tapings

Assist in packing and transport of supplies to and from shoot locations, provide additional support to producers/camera crew during filming by carrying equipment, serve as runner for the Production Office to make any necessary deliveries, and transport contestants to and from shooting location.

Unloaded equipment from production vehicles to various locations at the shooting location, worked side by side with Segment Producer to assist in organization of contestants for auditions, assisted Executive Producer and his assistant in keeping track of contestant progress during auditions, helped another producer with making phone calls to contestants for call-backs, and loaded up equipment onto production truck during wrap out.

General PA responsibilities such as: preparing vehicles for contestant use, going on equipment runs, assisting camera crew on location and helping move set equipment.

General PA duties that included: cleaning/organizing space for craft services, going on lunch runs, driving crew to on-set location for shooting and driving camera crew around for mobile shots.

Prior to the season starting, I along with a few other PAs helped cover the entire set's floors with layout board to prevent equipment from damaging them. When shooting started, I was regularly tasked with coordinating lunch orders for crew members in order to avoid meal penalties. Additionally, I assisted the art department with staging the set with props and overall acted as a liaison between the different departments on set. I also shuttled producers and cast members to set when needed, along with going on general runs for the production office.
