Coordination, booking and confirmation of background artists from scenes with ten to a hundred plus individuals. Responsible for extra's payroll and proper paperwork ensuring payment (as well as positive morale) for the artist's.

Set P.A. for location shoots in rural Pennsylvania. Responsible for the escort of Martin Sheen from set to transportation after his filming responsibilities. Also worked closely with the second A.D. in background placement.

In house P.A. for one of the first episodes on Andrew Carnegie.

In house P.A. working on series and prime time specials during this 13 month period for Hearst/Jaffe. Worked directly with Gerald W. Abrams for the majority of this time period. Mr. Abrams is the head of Hearst as well as the father of J.J. Abrams. Solid learning experience.

Coordination and liason between production office and sound stage during production. Worked directly with the host, Craig T. Nelson during the shoot. As well as ensuring his payroll payment was picked up and delivered to his Malibu home by me personally.

Lead set P.A. for a live location shoot at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Worked with a number of top rated, world known magicians to tape a live, one-hour primetime special for NBC. Worked closely with Doug DeLuca, now the co-executive producer for Jimmy Kimmel Live!
