Provided organizational support for stage crew and producers through out production of the series from one-on-one producer interviews with contestants to show days on stage with full crew. PA duties also included assistance with stage management, equipment management, and various runs for cast and crew.

Assisted production team in stage setup, wire running, and food runs for both crew and talent. Maintained backstage area for cast and crew throughout the run of production.

Assisted as a producer assistant in helping organize talent audition rooms. I made sure producers had correct and up-to-date information that correlated with the proper talent audition coming into the room. Organized paper work and served as an overall assistant to my producer in order to ensure a successful and problem-free casting experience for both crew and talent.
