-Manage marketing efforts for RBA Los Angeles including trade shows, festivals and custom events. Oversaw efforts for over 130 events exceeding goal of 80 events. -Generate annual net sales of over $1,311,000 through Events; successfully meeting sales and ROI goals on a monthly basis. -Research, contact and identify appropriate shows/events/trade shows and negotiate with promoters. -Plan all logistics for event booth: Design, transportation, installation, staffing and budgeting. -Build, train and maintain a staff of a minimum of 10 Event Reps. -Manage overall yearly department budgets and schedules.
Summary
I have a strong grasp of the Production process in many different forms. I've had the opportunity to work on productions for various types of TV from Daily Talk Shows to Reality Television to Live Events. And I am READY to jump back into production!
