Covid Management for 5 teams - Hiring of Set medic, securing thermometers and PPE Supplies, making sure crew has all they need to stay clean and healthy, making sure crew and cast are adhering to company covid protocols. Manage 5 teams, reconcile pcards, create & distribute call sheets and production reports, book travel.

Manage the Actors - making sure they went thru HMU and wardrobe in a timely fashion, created and distributed the daily call sheet, distributed to crew any script changes and or urgent notices, timed out crew meals/cast meals, created and distributed sides, assisted 1st AD and director with any additional tasks.

Main point of contact between set & studio; writing, tracking & distributing log notes; Daily production reports; create hot sheets; handle release forms; Collect weekly time cards; tracked time; scheduled pick up/delivery of equipment; organized crew/ talent meals; scheduled cars for talent; kept track of SD cards for post production;

Celebrity Chef Judges and Host Wrangler / PA (1st Team PA). Maintain all contestant wardrobe.

Holiday Promo for ESPN. Worked on Production & Post Production Binder, Prepped and separated time cards, start paperwork. Assisted with Petty cash, etc.

Field PA, logging, note taking, releases, production reports, set up and breakdown of equipment , On Set Assistant, Moving the set, going on runs, set up and cleaning of the stage, assist department heads.
