• Acquired and cleared promotional media from studios and networks, physically and digitally organized licenses and releases, and provided administrative and clerical support for the clearances manager.

• Redlined and facilitated licenses and agreements for acquired media and giveaways, acquired and cleared promotional clips, and organized and digitized/scanned all legal forms and agreements.

• Prepared lower thirds/graphics logs, conducted scans of all footage for errors, and organized legal documents.

• Managed kitchens and copy stations, and filled in daily for the receptionist, assistants, and file clerks.

• Assisted Production Managers with set and office duties including administrative and clerical tasks. • Drove cargo van with camera equipment to production's one week shoot in Las Vegas.

• Supported production managers with live show duties, and delegated tasks to the local Vegas production assistants. • Transported talent (Jesse James) to film on Vegas strip. Assisted LVPD officer with blocking traffic to film Jesse riding his bike down the strip.

• Rolled calls, managed phone log, scheduled interviews and appointments, and assisted visitors.

• Digitized and organized video footage, helped build story arcs per episode, and edited promo clips.
