Jill Somers

I work as the background PA on S3 of Halt and Catch Fire. I check in and out background artists and assist them through the process of hair, makeup, and wardrobe. I help keep track of them on and off set, and help the AD department with other needs.

I worked as an additional set PA. I assisted with lockups for exterior scenes involving cars, stunts, etc. and helped check in and out background artists for these scenes. I also served as a liaison between the creature FX team and production.

I worked as an additional set PA on A Meyers Christmas. I assisted the first team PA along with the other staff PA's in helping things run smoothly and efficiently.

I worked as an additional set PA on second/splinter units and briefly on main unit for Game of Silence. I helped with lockups for major stunt scenes, car scenes, etc. I also helped check in and worked with background for both units.

I worked as background PA on this television series in LA starring Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin. I checked background artists in and out, assisted them through hair, makeup, and wardrobe, charted and guided their work on set, and assisted with distro, first team, lockups and other AD staff needs.

I worked as an additional set PA on Cap 3 first unit. I assisted with lockups, background, and basecamp needs.

I worked as background set PA on this feature film shot in Savannah, Georgia. I checked background artists in and out, assisted them through the works of hair, makeup, and wardrobe, charted and guided their work on set, and assisted with set lockups and other AD staff needs.

I worked as a set production assistant. I worked with the other PA's and AD's to ensure that set ran smoothly and efficiently. I helped with lockups, the bell, paperwork, distro, etc.
