Lock in crew, and create a callsheet. Prep paperwork and make sure it all gets filled out properly. Coordinate lunch order and PA tasks. Wrap out all paperwork and create wrap binder.

On set I handled all Talent, escorting them where they needed to be, making sure their paperwork was filled out properly, and keeping them on schedule. In the office, I prepped for shoots, and assisted in wrapping them out when they were done.

I assisted in prepping and loading all equipment and miscellaneous production needs to be shipped to Hawaii.

All general production assistant duties while on stage. In the field I was responsible for setting everything up before the producers and camera team arrived so that things could run smoothly when they did.

I created the call sheet, and assisted in prepping the stunts to be performed on set. I assured we had all products, and ordered the boom lift to perform the drops. On set, I acted as the script supervisor and delegated tasks to the PAs.

We shot at two locations a day, so I set up everything needed for production at each location, then helped wrap out efficiently when we wrapped at each location. While they were shooting I did lock ups, got releases signed, went on runs, and did anything else that was needed.

I set up accounts with all vendors, finalized crew and created a call sheet. On set, I coordinated tasks for the PAs and also acted as the DIT. After the shoot, I created a wrap binder, neatly organizing all paperwork.

I set up accounts with all of our vendors. Contacted all crew members to lock them in and confirm their rate. I coordinated runs/tasks for the PAs. Hired additional services needed (Catering, Teleprompter, Walkies, etc.) I also, distributed, organized, and filed all paperwork and made the wrap binder.

I picked up/returned all rentals in addition to getting crafty and making sure we were always stocked with water and ice because we were shooting outside in 90+ degree weather. I went on runs to get anything that was needed and acted as a stand in for the main actors.

I picked up and returned all equipment rentals. On set I locked down areas and helped the grip team move and place equipment. I assisted the art department in setting the scenes and building some props such as a teepee. I also assisted the talent in any needs they had.

I was responsible for picking up and returning all major props needed for production. I set up and maintained crafty and escorted talent to the holding area. In addition, I made sure every cast and crew member filled out their start paperwork properly.

I obtained all props needed for this shoot and dressed the different set areas. I picked up the equipment and prop rentals and handled the lunch order.

I assisted the executives in any way that I could. Completed tasks such as cleaning and prepping the stage, going on runs, catering to the talents’ needs, and logging footage.

I prepared for shoots by helping with any pre-production work being done. These tasks included location scouting, scanning and filing paperwork, making runs to pick up/drop off equipment, and working on research projects. On set, I acted as a Production Assistant.
