Strung out a 70-minute documentary titled RACE TO REBUILD. This is the story of retired U.S. motocross legend Travis Pastrana coming out of retirement to compete for Team Puerto Rico in an effort to raise awareness for victims of Hurricane Maria.

Took detailed field notes, created hot sheets on location and edited stringouts in post production on tight deadlines.

Oversaw all preproduction, filming and delivery of this webisode featuring PGA golfer Rickie Fowler. Managed the production budget, hired crew, booked travel, oversaw vendor rentals, processed payroll, booked talent and coordinated with all location management to ensure a flawless shoot.

Produced 10+ viral charity fundraising videos in partnership with studios and organizations such as Disney, Lucasfilm, Sony, MLB, NY Giants, LA Dodgers and the Anaheim Angels resulting in over 10 million video views and millions of dollars raised for charity. I was involved with all aspects of production from concept, shooting in the field, to final delivery in post. Videos featured Clayton Kershaw, Eli Manning, Albert Pujols and Michael B. Jordan.

Staffed, budgeted, and organized filming logistics for a Matt Damon prank video to promote his charity Water.org.

Was the key link between the Director and the cast / crew / production office for a Ben Affleck charity video. Provided regular progress reports about the shoot. Broke down the script into a shot-by-shot list. Worked with the Director to determine the shoot order and how long each scene would take to film. Drew up the shooting schedule and made sure it was kept to on the day.

Was main point of contact between talent and the Assistant Director department. Responsible for moving actors from trailers, make-up and wardrobe to set. Managed Production Assistants to coordinate runs for talent.
