I operated as Production Coordinator for a House Reality Show. I worked most closely with the Production Manager and Line Producer in the Production Office. I oversaw many tasks from Pre-Production to Wrap and the Finale in Las Vegas. I referred the security company we used on set, as well as catering and Production supplies rentals. I would oversee these and many other duties from beginning to wrap. I also have wide Office experience, am familiar with Word, Windows, Mac, POs, Callsheets, Transpo Grids, Accounting Lines, on-site printer repair, as well as general IT. I set up and maintained the mesh WiFi network at the house location. In addition to working in the office as Coordinator, I also worked as Transportation Captain. We had a minimum of 8 camera crew vehicles and 4 cast sprinters at all times. I oversaw the entirety of transportation, from making driver schedules for 12+ driver PAs daily, ensuring all crew was picked up from hotel at beginning of day, to standing on the road to hold off traffic for our 12+ vehicle caravan departing location.

I worked as APOC on a Smith and Wesson commercial shoot. As APOC I did a lot of prep, such as emailing and calling talent with info before the shoot, picking up various props and clothing for art and wardrobe, and printing and bringing NDAs and other documents to set. On location, we were usually at a shooting range. I would make sure all crew had signed an NDA for the week and a waiver form for the day's shooting range. I would also make sure all talent had signed NDAs and release forms. At the end of the week, I organized all these documents into orderly stacks and handed them in to the producer. I also performed basic PA duties when not doing paperwork, such as assisting with crafty and catering when needing, keeping coolers stocked with ice and drinks, walking talent to and from set, echoing rolls, cuts, etc. We finished after 3 days on location and 2 days in PC&E's Briarwood Studio for MoCap.

I also got crafty and various props like a picnic table and kayaks. On the shoot, I set up crafty, breakfast, a pop up with a/c for producers and talent, and delivered props to set.
