Managed and organized all aspects of the theatrical production and spearheaded communications for production team. Played an integral role in the planning and executing of The Vision Oversaw, supported and kept order among cast members ranging in age from 2-30. Responsible for implementing the artistic vision and focus of show as set forth by Erica Dunlap, Former Miss America. Ran the backstage and onstage areas during performances Liaised with the director, stage personnel and all other technical departments, e.g. costume, lighting, and sound. Managed all aspects of the the event planning process, including collaboration with subcontractors, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budget tracking. Researched, located and negotiated sponsorships which funded the final production.
