Served as prep PA for this immersive experience as part of Fashion Week. Assisted in the construction of the multi-room experience, and stayed on through exhibition for site integrity.

Served as a PA in prepping the multimillion dollar wedding of the Estée Lauder heir.

My primary task was in securing the rights and clearances for all content used across our production. This included material from photo and footage houses, news libraries, print media, and web content. I was responsible for accurately tracking all usage of licensed properties and reporting usage at end of production.

I joined late in the production schedule to help see the show through the last month of production and edit, as well as clean up. I secured licensing, assembled show logs, logged interviews, and was able to familiarize myself with use of the ABC News video library.

In addition to rights and clearances, I created a media inventory system and archived thousands of photos and videos; assembled end of show logs, music cues, and usage reports; scouted and secured locations; coordinated studio and travel arrangements for cast and crew.

I was employed as a replacement AP and quickly familiarized myself with the licensed contents of the program, of which I had to keep accurate usage reports. I learned extremely valuable AP skills, as this was my first experience securing rights and clearances.

I was reponsible for creating media and show logs; dubbing materials; research; transcribing; managing interns. Also had field shoot experience.

During my time at VH1 News, I accompanied the news team on field shoots and helped to secure locations; handled camera and sound; created new inventory system for VH1 News media library; maintained organized cross-referenced list of our talent and event coverage.

I was responsible for searching through VH1's ALIAS library for all hi-res videos discussed on show, dubbing materials, transcribing and logging, and messenger runs. I was also allowed to write and produce several packages on the show.

My responsibilities on this project involved creating and organizing an inventory system of media spanning ten years of TRL programming, in addition to vast amounts of research.

I logged and transcribed hundreds of hours of footage; helped shape direction of the narrative; coordinated with producers and post-production supervisors to find desired footage.
