Justin Patricolo

As Cornerstone OnDemand’s Photography Director for the Cornerstone Studios team, I define the visual end of Cornerstone’s content brand in relation to all video and photo content the company produces at Cornerstone Studios in New York. I lead the production team and oversee production for the company’s primary video learning content as well as projects for the company’s marketing and non-for-profit teams. I operate industry standard camera and lighting equipment in various types of productions and environments including documentary-style interviews in the studio, as well as narrative scenarios and b-roll on set. I lead the production team and work closely with the company’s Content Producers/Writers during pre-production and production, and I also collaborate with the Video Editor as well as the Animation and Design teams during post-production.

During my time at Grovo, I was responsible for shooting and overseeing the production of all of Grovo's video and photo content. I led and shot several types of projects including interviews, b-roll shoots, still photography shoots, and marketing videos in varied environments including on location and in the studio. With the use of state of the art camera and lighting equipment, I set and maintained a precedent for visual and technical excellence while also introducing impactful documentary and narrative filmmaking approaches to Grovo’s brand of video content. I also performed as a video editor and collaborated very closely with the visual designers and animators during post-production and finalization of all videos.

Days Spent Searching is a short film for which I was the writer, director, cinematographer, producer, and editor. The film has received Official Selections from the 2017 Chain NYC Film Festival and the 2017 New York Lift-Off Online Film Festival.
