I was responsible for the Craft Services budget and materials list per my supervisor Chris Smith. I restocked our supplies every day, left set on shopping runs as needed, tended to the productions crew's snack and beverage needs and aided in the preparation of substantial crew meals. For this show, my supervisor and I were required to set up, maintain and dismantle four craft services stations daily to accommodate a 60 person work crew, north of 100 contestants (plus their family members) and 100 extras. At the behest of my First AD, Tim Smith, I was required to be flexible enough to help the Art Department paint their scenery in time for the deadline and help dismantle the stage after we wrapped.

I was responsible for helping crew download gear initially, then was selected as honorary key PA and helped the second AD lock down sets during filming, create quiet zones for voice over recordings, jump on with various departments (mostly VTR) to help set up and break down equipment, I was sent to a local studio to rent equipment for the shoot and many supply runs. I also helped operate minimal special effects at the command of our director Fausto. On this job our line producer Emily recommended me for training as a second AD

I was responsible for helping all departments download into locations, locking down the set during filming, clearing the set before moving on (last man out), and helping the ADs with anything the required

I was responsible for helping various departments download gear into shoot locations, locking up sets during filming, going out on prop and supply runs, preparing locations for filming, resetting locations after daily wraps, and performed last man duties.

I helped download art department's scenery, helped the productions team set up a set inside the San Antonio Spurs Training facility, moved video village around location, and aided in the anchoring of props during filming.
