Worked as an office production assistant working through pre-pro, production, and post. My main duty was organizing paperwork, going on runs, and compressing and providing dailies to the clients.

Was in charge of picking up dailies to hand off to assistant editor. Made copies of dailies and rough cuts and distributed the discs. I helped the assistant editor in various tasks (typing out continuities for each version, fixing bugs in the EDL, helped with exporting QT in various formats).

Digitized XD Cam tapes to Avid systems, arranged storage on Unity/Isis network, labeled clips for editors, made exports to QT, AAF digital deliveries for mixing, DVD’s, output to HDCAM SR tapes. Built projects for editors within Avid, helped with any tech issues for editors.

Was in charge of dailies during filming. I would download DVD data from FTP, burn it onto discs, and copy and distribute. Performed miscellaneous duties; going on runs, answering/making phone calls, and cleaning up the office.
