Hold bi-weekly casting calls either through video submissions or on location at studio -Ensure all legal documents were maintained for each actor & extra. -Coordinate actors schedules with wardrobe. -Coordinate picking up/dropping off talent

-Ensure all legal documents were signed and maintained (location, talent, etc.) -Coordinate shoot location prior to arrivals -Research last minute script changes -Coordinate extras -Assist wherever needed on set to ensure a great production flow.

Organize video shoot of live production events with videographers and production assistants. Produce and edit commercials and promotional videos for clients using FCP, Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects Sale new clients on services offered by KLP Productions

-Coordinate team travel to Charlotte, NC -Prepare all equipment needed for shoot -Coordinate crew for select days at the DNC -Direct and coordinate event packages with anchors and camera crew -Keep production organized with a clear focus of our mission

-Directing shots in the field -Executed notes from EP -Coordinate all shoot locations prior to shooting -Maintained all contracts from talent and locations -Ensured shoot was on schedule -Manage crew and oversaw the set

-Coordinate videographers to shoot at select High School games -Oversee research crew in finding final scores -Prepare studio for shoot. -See changes through from EP.

-Develop a team to conceptualize com'l -Cast actors and extras -Coordinate with PA's prior to shoot to assist in many facets -Scout location -Direct talent on set. -Edit commercial

-Scout locations -Maintain contracts from locations and talent -Coordinate lunch for crew and talent -Pick up/drop off talent, props, food, etc. -Assist in developing and maintaining shoot schedule -Complete any and all other task to create a smooth production flow
