I used social media to source digital autograph requests and fan art for Twitter activations that were used with award show talent. I curated fan art and approved final collages that talent posed with at the event.

In addition to general PA tasks, I helped schedule and oversee the other Production Assistants. I also managed expendables, communicated with vendors, set-up dressing rooms, and worked to meet the needs of several different departments.

I was responsible for general PA duties including fire watching, lock-ups, and loading in and out of filming locations. I also assisted with crafty/catering setup and as a stand-in (2nd team).

I was responsible for making sure that the contestants were on schedule, happy and supplied with everything that they needed.

I was responsible for managing PO's, releases, faxes, and Fedex shipments, as well as creating Union Call Sheets and shipping tapes to the Post Production department. I ordered and set up crew catering. During NYFW, I assisted with model casting and wrangling. I assisted with planning international travel for Season 11.

I assisted host Angela Lindvall and her team during the taping of the season finale. I was also responsible for ordering dinner and performing general wrangling tasks for all hosts.

In addition to assisting with all general on-set tastes, I managed PO's, releases, and Production Reports. I was also responsible for creating Union Call Sheets.

I assisted the production team through research/writing treatments and served as an additional PA for location shoots for web series and pilot.

I answered the control room phone, made photocopies and assisted the control room employees/stage managing team with on-set tasks during tapings.
