I was the night PA I stayed at the Hostel with the 8 cast members.

I assisted in setting up on location in Ceasars Forum Shops for Background as well as a liason from location dept.

I worked with art department, steaming linene, making beds, working on art project for wall art, shopping etc..

Worked as a general production PA / runner for all departments on location.

I was responsible for Purchase and Rental Orders for props for all shows as well as any correspondence generated by the Department head or Foreman. Be familiar with Prop House Inventory and billing procedures. I worked with the Department Head, Bookeeper and Prop Deptrtment Forman.
