Work with background actors and manage set interns. Responsible for walkie distribution and inventory. Complete releases, process payments and complete nightly Production Report. Assist 1st AD with departmental communication and set management.

Various on set duties including lock ups, walkie assistance and equipment movement. Interacted directly with talent including managing travel to and from set and comfort items for talent. Assisted with crafty and water runs.

Drive crew & equipment, purchase and return equipment, props and wardrobe, assist props manager, coffee runs, various errands as needed, Mailing of final media and airport runs.

Basecamp PA working with minor talent, emphasis on adherence to child labor law time restrictions.

Assisted Producer with prep and planning for 1 day shoot. Met with department heads at tech scout and worked with site rep to meet their needs, assisted in dressing location and signage for shoot day. Distributed releases to talent and background actors. Oversaw food runs and collected receipts. Facilitated communication between departments on shoot day. Directed additional PA's on breakdown at end of shoot.

Local PA for travel episode. Meal and shopping runs, Set dressing and clean up at end of day. Loading and unloading gear and assisting crew in various ways as needed.

Bascecamp PA, Talent & BG wrangler. Co-ordination of talent & BG through HMU & Costumes. organized transportation & meals for talent, Record keeping and time management for minor talent and Set Teacher

Managed staff PA's including varying day players on a BG heavy project. Completed daily production report and worked with background actors, handling releases, payment voucher and on set placement.

General set duties including lockups in an open tourist attraction. Assist crew with movement through attraction assist with background.

pre-production Runs and stage prep, including assisting with crafty. Assist talent and provide lockups for live taped comedy special.

Set PA, distributed walkies, managed background including paperwork and payments. managed lockups, assisted with basecamp and meal orders for talent. light office work including talent paperwork, package logs and distribution, scanning documents, and file and document management.

Key Set PA oversaw 3 additional PA's, Ran Base Camp for several days due to 2nd AD needing to work remotely one week. Project included mid shifts and nights and many company moves.

General set PA assist with lockups, walkie management, BG Wrangling other tasks as needed by production to help things run smoothly.

Load in and load out of equipment, coffee runs and general errands, participated in demolition and renovation of location.

Initially tasked with signing in extras and following Covid protocols. Upgraded to working on set and with slate in addition to scheduling background and providing call sheets.
