Solely responsible for producing several segments over 96 hour live stream. Coordinated with outside crews and press outlets who were filming within our live stream. Booked dozens of fans.

Managed female contestants and the bachelorette daily, while working with senior producers to create storylines and develop emotions throughout both seasons.

Part of Production Management team that supports all company productions. Produce production bibles, call sheets and travel grids. Secures crew, equipment and locations.

Pitched comedic pop culture stories and skit ideas in daily meetings. Interviewed talent for clip packages, chose and assembled bites for edit. Collected all cleared all elements needed for pieces including footage, pictures, and music. In charge of completing and submitting all music clearance requests and cue sheets.

Shot and produced daily artist interviews and hosted news segments for highly ranked Youtube channel. Shooter/producer of linear promos. Stand in coordinating producer when needed. Completed and organized all tracking reports and cue sheets for all projects produced by the department. Researched and wrote interview questions.

Worked with marketing team to coordinate between the venue, events team, integrated -marketing and production teams in order to fulfill sponsor needs and facilitate sponsor activations for week long spring break event taking over the Palms Casino in Las Vegas

Sought out and locked down interview shoot locations. Hired crew for field last minute field shoots in various cross country locations.

o Scouted and secured shoot locations, booked all travel, logged all purchases for entirety of production. Provided support in the field for daily follow shoots. Coordinated correspondence between post and field teams. Collected all releases, collecting missing ones and linking faces/ materials to specific release for final cut.

Created log of daily episode shoots, noted errors of camera and story continuity. Helped with talent wrangling, transportation and on set accommodations. Also helped with talent coordination on shoots involving high profile chefs and celebrities.

Booked and managed guests for specific segments. Head liaison of all communication between producing team and other departments within the show. Pitched, researched and developed segment ideas. Secured locations and props for field shoots.

Coordinated management needs for offsite shoots and final live show, including a last minute “ball drop” in Seaside Heights. Managed budget reconciliations and payroll. Contributed research, ideas and locations for creative outdoor host wraps. Enforced a timely schedule during time sensitive shoots.

Managed production offices and directed PA’s during on site production. Created contact sheets, schedules, call sheets and resource guides. Provided and organized contracts and payroll for all staff and crew. Managed budget reconciliations

Part of the Live Events team broadcasting from the red carpet during awards season. Events included the Golden Globes, Oscars, and Grammy's.
