Managed the process for the Big Air Studios distribution chain in the release of theatrical, DVD, and digitally distributed feature films • Key clients included: iTunes, Amazon, Sony PSN, Google, DirecTV, Dish, InDemand, Netflix, Vudu and many more • Responsibilities included all aspects of film delivery: Metadata, key art, behind the scenes, still images, social media content, and other partner specific added value elements on a per partner basis • Created the tracking sheet and managed delivery deadlines for street dates • Managed the physical media process with 3rd party replication houses for DVD/Blu-ray menu creating and DVD/Blu-ray master creation. Physical media was sold everywhere from Wal-Mart to Redbox • Created and managed the partner run book, with latest specs, contacts, delivery points and operational details • Managed partnerships with PR, social media teams and marketing to deliver exclusive clips, images, added value content and materials on tight deadlines using multiple delivery methods as requested • Managed a team of four including post production staff, administrative and research teams

Scout locations and finalize location paperwork and schedule for shoot. Liaise with and assist British crew during pre production and production. Wrangle super models in Hollywood.

Assist UPM with all aspects of production. Duties included: Hiring crew, scheduling transportation department, renting studio space, locations, scheduling doctor appointments for action stars, keeping track of vendors, crew lists, props, procuring production insurance etc.

Finalize locations, hire crew, assist New York crew navigate through the Los Angeles production process, rent classic cars, organize equipment, equipment rentals and returns, box truck rentals and returns, procure insurance, manage APOC and PAs, assist producers in all day to day operations of the set

Transcribe raw documentary footage from both archived tapes and current interviews. Prep and edit the film in Final Cut Pro 7. Work on scene arrangements with director Ava DuVernay to deliver a story rich in musical history while balancing the many charismatic performers and participants. Introduced co-editor, Spencer Averick to Ava and collaborated with them both to finish the film in time for festival submissions.

Develop web series content, commercials and create process for new media studio. Duties also included managing crew, locations, rentals, purchasing office equipment and managing production schedules and budgets.

Story Produced a weekly airing show called Inside Focus highlighting interesting people in the Pacific Northwest. Also Created ads and ad campaigns, work closely with account executives on scheduling, budget and schedule shoots, edit commercials, direct commercials, casting, equipment rentals, locations, creating copy and storyboards.
