Using a 15 passenger van to shuttle key staff, crew, and contestants between various locations in multiple areas throughout the Greater Nashville Area. Executing runs such as airport, snacks, fuel, production office, and etc. Making sure contestants are picked up and dropped off at the proper locations at specified times

Design Production Assistant ● Helping setup and stage houses in preparation for filming. ● Making runs and doing errands for productions

● Preparing and moving the crowd from a specific area during an important segment of the award show. ● Wristbanding event attendees ● Crowd and line management ● Managing fans and attendees during the show.

● Driving a production minivan to transport staff to various locations during the production ● Assisting the production office with various tasks. ● Making Coffee, emptying trash, and various other tasks around the production office.

● Directing contestants to various parts of the venue as they proceed through rounds of the auditions. ● Assisting with various parts of the audition process, making sure auditions ran smoothly, and dealing with problems that arose. ● Keeping the contestants energy up, giving out T-Shirts, assisting with icebreaking games.

- Driving and picking up key team members from the airport & their hotel. - Escorting the chosen few contestants to a meeting to learn about the next round. - Helping with the flow of contestants through the venue. - Delivering things to and from the production office for staff.

● Driving a cargo van to pickup and return equipment, making run for production, etc. ● Assisting with Production & Equipment setup. ● Assisting with various production needs during a live broadcast
