I was responsible for coordinating with the other interns on projects, light secretarial work, and working on their grassroots marketing campaigns for Venus and Serena, ABC's of Death, To the Wonder, and Kiss of the Damned.

Organized potential applicants during the audition proceedings. Maintained applications for potential cast members. Directed street teams in advertising for the casting session.

Created overall concept of film. Drafted several versions of the screenplay and edited them to a final draft. Ran through final draft of screenplay with actors and crew at all table reads. Modified screenplay on set to comply with 16mm shooting style—30-second shots.

Developed concept for film and designated extended wide shots and close-up shots for emphasis. Organized all dailies into clips and pared down over 24 hours of footage. Set up time line for both video and audio rendering

Provided administrative support to Director and created contact database for all cast and crew using MS Office. Was also a constant link between director and actors before, during, and after production days. Assisted with the casting and with transportation of actors to and from the set.

Followed subject for three days of shooting on set of feature film Bone Creek. Crafted story format from archival documents and photographs. Pared down 72 hours of footage in six day span of time. Assembled time line and overlap of subject’s poetic audio recording. Created opening and closing titles.
