- General assistance to owner, production team and new business director - Day to day management of the studio including invoicing, billing and accounts - Coordinating accounts and expenses with bookkeepers - Organization of administrative, management digital files on server - Managing tracking of portfolios, promotional digital files and materials and more - Managing the internship program - Overseeing general organization of the studio - Managing office supply orders and anticipating future office supply needs - Help oversee website and portfolio updates - Collaborate with team on strategies for marketing and sales efforts - Assist in maintenance of customer database - Lead coordination and production of company events
