Oversaw production of live broadcasts to more than 550,000 attendees and viewers in 165 countries for one of the largest and fast growing churches in the US. Managed a team of 60 people through all phases of production (audio, video and lighting) from pre- to post-production.

Hosted, programmed and co-produced a fundraiser gala for this non-profit organization that raised over $400,000. The event was held at Spirit Square in Charlotte and had 1500 attendees comprised of high net worth individuals.
