I was the Head TV/Film and Commercial Ad Editor for Production Company. I edited a variety of video content from scratch under tight deadlines. I drove all aspects of the video post-production process from ingesting footage, to creating multiple edits for various outlets, to exporting for final delivery. I built custom Adobe After Effects animated assets. I managed a rotating team of editors, assistant editors, interns, and post production staff. I oversaw the entire post production process and workflow, including delivery and archival processes. I coordinated production, editorial, and client stakeholders to set appropriate project timelines for video deliverables. I pre-screened all outgoing videos, noted feedback, and revised as needed. I created and maintained all tracking documents, schedules, and work management tools, ensuring the team met all deadlines and milestones. I quality controlled everything going to the client to ensure that it met all client, creative and legal requirements. I worked with production, editorial, and client stakeholders to set appropriate project timelines for video deliverables.
