Transcoded and organized media, synced and grouped in AVID and Premiere, uprezzed footage, prepped for color and audio, assisted the editorial, color, and conform, and handled deliverables. Maintained and updated storage and edit bays. Often coordinated with producers, VFX and online houses. Regular use of AVID 7/8 (offline), Premiere (offline), Da Vinci Resolve (online), and Final Cut 7 (online). Recreation/docu true crime show using a combination of interviews, broll, recreation, and VFX. Quickly and accurately transcribed all episodes. Handled deliverables. Output DVD cuts and delivered to network. Sorted through archival and interview footage and created pulls in Premiere. Sourced sound effects and stock footage. Filled in the for the office PA, including office maintenance and front desk support, scheduling, production help, and runs.

Set PA for a live filmed concert & brand promotion event including crowd wrangling, handling & restocking featured product (Pepsi), setup & breakdown & general helping of multiple departments

Drove crew in pass vans btw. locations, made runs, acquired permits, helped wrangle talent including a large number of children, cleaned and prepped locations for shooting, setup craft services, and offered general help in the production office & on-set.

On-set assistance before & during live TV broadcast to make sure all operations were running smoothly. Various duties including runs, prop help, paperwork, interdepartmental communication & assistance to producers & production coordinator.

Worked as an on-set DIT/AE by organizing cards, importing footage, logging, syncing, and organizing in Adobe Premiere and creating stringouts and rough cuts that the editor could take over by the end of the shoot date.

Assisted from pre through post production on industrial and documentary projects. Sourced stock footage, conducted research, loaded gear, helped with lighting & camera setup, stocked crafty. Post production work included backing up camera cards & media management, importing, & bin organization, watching all dailies in Final Cut Pro & marking usable footage.
