•Ensure that the game engine is operated in a timely and efficient manner during each game on record days. •Assisted Questions Department with creating graphics for use in games (using Photoshop).

•Helped to develop a one-hour reality format that focuses on Australians wanting to play American Football. Sourced articles, footage and players and also assisted in writing the proposal.

•Responsible for diary management, credit card and petty cash expense reports, booking travel, handling various inquiries and the day to day running of the office.

•Freelance position. Operate the game computer on record days, responsible for ensuring that it is operated in a timely and efficient manner during each game. •Occasionally assist with auditions, calling and booking contestants, assisting on record days and entering contestant data into FileMaker.

•Helped coordinate audiences of 400+ people for SlideShow (7 Network). Responsible for sorting through online applications and contacting potential audience members and also assisted with the audience on record days/nights.

•Acted as Melbourne liaison for 24G, a Michigan based company, for the duration of their contract with Elite Sports during the Australian Open Tennis (operating an onsite activation for ANZ Bank). Role involved set up as well as on site work during the event.

•Coordinated the audience for “Santo, Sam & Ed’s Sports Fever!” Responsible for sorting through online applications, contacting potential audience members and ensuring they have a great experience at the shows.

•Compiled an in depth sports calendar for "Santo, Sam & Ed's Sports Fever!" I was responsible for researching and ensuring any and all sports invents (national and international) were included in this sports calendar for use during the show's run.

•Assisted the Broadcast Coordinator with the scheduling of technical crews for both the American and Canadian broadcasts of Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors and Toronto FC games using ScheduALL. •Assisted with the processing of freelancer, transmission and mobile truck invoices and updated crew lists.

•Coordinated the audience for “Santo, Sam & Ed’s Cup Fever!” Responsible for sorting through online applications, contacting potential audience members and ensuring they have a great experience at the shows.

•Responsible for the long term scheduling of the ESPN Pacific Rim & ESPN HD Networks. Strategized based on ratings, analysed competitors’ schedules and also gauged the market relevance and value for the programming that was available. •Instrumental to the launch of ESPN HD (Australia) in May 2008. •Responsible for daily maintenance of both networks (incl. changes, guidelines & conditions, standby programming). •Liaised with PR & Marketing, Production, On Air Promotions and various other departments •Regularly met with Research to analyse ratings and how best to schedule both networks. •Supported the acquisitions team in regards to my sports assignments and supervised the global scheduling of those sports across ESPN International’s various media outlets and platforms. •Supervised and trained the Program Coordinator/s assigned to my networks.

•Researched quotes (from celebrities, politicians, etc) for use in a real life segment on “Thank God You’re Here.” Sourced the footage of each quote chosen and liaised with news agencies and networks to obtain the footage. Negotiated quotes for use of footage and obtained the details of rights and clearances.

•Researched various ideas and generated my own show ideas. •Wrote proposals that were pitched to various networks in Australia and overseas. •Liaised with the EPs and Production Managers. •Maintained the submissions, transmissions and contact databases. •Diary management, organized domestic and international travel, dealt with various inquiries.

•Rolled teleprompter during promos and news broadcasts. •Split and assembled scripts for broadcasts; various clerical duties in the newsroom. •Handled viz requests and logged tapes in the news library

•In Archives, shot-listed various games and entered that information into the network's database. •Dealt with viz requests, took in feeds and dubbed tapes. •Worked as an Assistant PA in the control room during live game broadcasts and live-to-air updates. •Assisted scriptwriters in writing scripts for anchors and assisted Reporters in compiling packs.

•Primarily interned for the Food Producer - researched food and cooking segments; ran errands, dealt with viewer requests and comments. Attended field shoots, live remotes and studio segments. Assisted the Tape Department with taking in satellite feeds, logging tapes and maintaining the tape library. Also assisted the Writers, Bookers, Segment Producers and Assistant Producers and was involved in the production of shows during the Columbine High School shooting and the death of John F. Kennedy Jr.
