LA Unit Production Coordinator.

Manage production office and PAs. Issue POs, check requests, per diem checks and manage petty cash. Assistant Executive in Charge with Pre-Production, Production and Post logistics. Work with Accounting Dept to complete start paperwork & payroll. Coordinate cars and travel. Liaison between production and Studio. Distro Memos, calendars, staff list etc.

Executed & tracked POs for all departments. Kept a daily cost report for the EIC by inputting invoices and POs before they posted with accounting. Worked closely with NBC legal to execute all vendor agreements and certificates of insurance. Hired and executed deal memos with makeup and hair personnel for host.

Assist the LP with payroll, calendars, memos, budgets, processing and coding both invoices and POs. Managed prod. office and PAs. Review and complete start paperwork for new hires, submit health insurance for crew. Coordinate travel for cast and crew of 100+ and arrange 2nd and 3rd meals for crew, daily.

Managed production office, distributed day-to-day revisions of schedules, calendar and any vital information for cast and crew. Appointed liaison between Production Staff, NBC and Universal Television. Coordinated episodic table reads for 21 episodes.

Supported scripted and non-scripted shows. Worked with other studio departments, such as, breakage request with business affairs, internal budget circulation with finance, meetings with creative, and setting up shows with production services. Organized special projects for the Executive Vice President of Studio Production, scheduled retreats, office meetings, events, parties.

I shadowed and assisted 3 Stage Managers.

Assisted the Director, Stage Manager and Voice Over Coordinator to wrangle on-air talent between camera shots and needed audio track recordings. Distributed script revisions to control room, talent and crew on set.

As Graphics Coordinator, I made sure Producers submitted all graphics needed before each episode was due to be edited. I also spell checked and created a graphics list for post.

Rolled video for Director on cue as assistant director. Framed camera shots and cued anchors on set as stage manager. Designed full screen and over the shoulder graphics and also, mixed live audio during the newscast.
