My mandate was to innovate the talent pool by scouting from from local theater actors, dancers, musicians, stand-ups, comedians, etc. - broadening the casting horizons. Consulted with producers, directors and clients. Organized and directed audition sessions. Created monthly Brown Bag Lunch Show to entertain staff and introduce new talent.
