Marc Kaplan

Marc is responsible for managing all of the day-to-day financial, operational and logistical concerns of the production company in his role as the Executive in Charge of Production. He is additionally responsible for the construction and implementation of a full comprehensive production plan and seasonal operation’s budget. Some of his duties include; negotiating fees and contracts with primary vendors, supervising weekly financial cost reports with the accounting department, overseeing the production management team, hiring practices oversight, overseeing the post production digital workflow, coordinating with all unions associated with the show, approval of capital expenditures including; video equipment, hardware, software, furniture purchases, props, etc.
