Kept continuity of actor movement, pacing, costume, eye lines, and action on dialogue in check. Worked with assistant director to cue extras at precise moments of the song, but also kept up with shot list and made shot suggestions/alterations to director when running behind schedule.

Helped prepare and plan a 3-day shoot for a short, musical film by coming up with a plan with director and crew to keep the production running on time and under budget. Scheduled meetings with crew and rehearsals with talent/musicians, helped director and DP with shot list, sent out call sheets and emails concerning safety to cast and crew, helped with troubleshooting on location, organized carpool and parking plan, communicated schedule and shots to crew and extras via a safety meeting at the beginning of the day, and would make announcements when a change of plans or safety issue came up.

Assisted art department with research, captured photos of signage for graphics Bible, photographed and measured set pieces for draft purposes, and helped retouch pictures in Photoshop.

Helped fellow PAs with lock ups, kept crew hydrated and alert, assisted setting up chairs and tents for video village and holding, passed out call sheets and sides, helped set up crafty and communicated changes, safety issues to crew.

Assisted director in hiring student workers, breaking down script, creating shooting schedule and shot lists, helped organize meetings with art department and helped the art department meet deadlines for set dressing and buying. Worked with art department during wrap, and wrote synopsis and logline for festival press kit.

Scheduled and organized small, two day shoot. Helped lock location and assisted with location contracts. On set, kept the shoot moving and on time, delegated tasks to PAs, and aided director with logistical decisions.

Created newspaper design for the Production Designer.

Under production designer's guidance and vision, created some design and graphics for photograph/mug shots and designed newspaper layout. Assisted in selecting and buying props, and helped prepare prop food. Helped with set dressing and set dec when needed.
