I escorted "ninjas" to and from the course through the audience, avoiding fans and cameras, and wrangled them to make sure that they didn't wander off before the results were given.

Transport faculty for Bootcamp to and from the hotel and NFL Films, keep attendees on schedule, and assist producers throughout the week.

I assisted a Film Major senior with their thesis film. I helped produce the film, forming his budget and keeping track of expenses throughout the fundraising process. I also acted as a writing consultant in that part of the process. On set, I acted as the AD, creating the schedule around the shot list, which were very time and light sensitive.

I collected paperwork from contestants for the producer and facilitated the flow in and out of the audition rooms. I also provided moral support for the contestants who seemed scared, describing the audition process, and keeping everyone who was waiting in a good state of mind.

Duties included producing segments, coordinating script distribution and organization, writing and workshopping scripts with writers and the executive producer, and script supervising on set.

Answer and transfer phone calls throughout the office and take messages when needed. Made purchases for office supplies and food, and ordered and picked up lunch for the office.

Acted as 2nd AD, working in conjunction with 1st AD to coordinate talent's travel to set from base camp and keeping HMU on schedule. Gathered paperwork from talent and band.

Design lighting and sound cues for three shows in three weeks. Each show had different levels of complexity, along with age levels. Mic schedules were developed with stage managers to switch mics between kids, since there were more performers than microphones. Lighting themes were created to go with all three shows, and called cues to spotlight operators and sound and lighting board technicians. Entrance and exit tracks were also created off of recordings.
