Created casting calls and post to various casting sites, groups, etc. Developed scenes for self-tape auditions. Determined actors’ rates based on the allotted budget. Cast actors that match the real-life person and select them based on their improvisational skills. Cast between 20 – 60 actors per episode for a 20-episode season. Distributed call sheets and wardrobe to actors. Maintained and processed all actor’s paperwork on our shared drive and sent files to our PM and payroll department as well as ensured all minors were permitted.

Assisted with casting actors for Investigation Discovery’s Evil Stepmothers 2. Auditioned actors to see their improvisational skills. Ensured that actors match the real-life characters in the episode. Ensured all Talent Agreements, W-9’s and other deliverables are logged into the database. Assisted Field Associate Producers in annotating scripts for each episode. Assisted the Producer/Director and AP on set. Assisted with approving wardrobe on set.

Wrote a semi-scripted sizzle reel for Kellie Williams, the actress who played Laura Winslow from Family Matters. Collaborated with Kellie and her family to come up with a storyline for the reality show.

Co-created and co-wrote one-sheets and loglines for reality shows. Researched the content and helped cast the production. Pitched reality shows to major networks. Co-produced sizzle reel. Coordinated in finding a DP and production crew to assist with the shoot.

Wrote a comedic pilot for Kellie Williams Productions. Collaborated in pitch meetings.

Assisted with organizing wardrobe by store to prepare for wrap. Ran errands for lead stylist (I.e. Picked up items at CVS, FedEx, etc.) Steamed clothes. Responsible for processing returns for about $30K worth of clothes. Ensured all items were returned with tags on and organized the receipts. Catalogued all pieces that were used in the spot.
