Maintained sequence edits and updated VFX shots into the timeline. Ensured the production database was maintained with shot counts and lineup information. Responsible for creating EDL’s Ran daily QC checks on shots being sent to client editorial. Created and exported QT files for Cinesync reviews. .

Processed client count sheets and lineup info and translated data into Shotgun. Watermarked QT movies for several outsource vendors as new cuts and came in. Published audio files for use with the internal playback system DMX. Imported shot dailies and updated sequences. Supported the Editor and filled in as necessary

Worked with Visual Effects Editor coordinating media for shared shots moving between outside vendors. Manually updated timecode on Pro-res QT files for the client as they were working in the Final Cut Pro environment.

Managed shot turnovers including elements and reference plates,documenting work required for each shot. Updated sequences with any changes to the cut and communicated changes to production team. Confirmed timing in line-ups,made sure the work matched what was requested in shot turnover sheets. Sent EDL’s to DI facility
