Duties included media management, mix-prep for audio and color, and editing string-outs for the head editor. Other responsibilities included fetching archival, scanning and digitizing archival, and finding news hits online and converting them into video files in proper format.

A film I wrote, directed, and edited inspired by Richard Powers’, The Overstory. “Tree Gods” stands as my boldest accomplishment in my filmmaking career.

Edited in a two week turnaround, I delivered a final cut to ILM and Company 3 for visual effects and color, respectively.

Worked in Art Dept. tracking and differentiating purchases, and fulfilled returns.

In-house duties included media management and "back-end" responsibilities including creating split cleans and music cues. When needed, I was also responsible for cutting teasers and "next-ons" for our weekly show for social and our promos department. When needed, I'd also go out on the field to comprise interviews and b-roll that pertained to the story we were crafting for that week. Many times this included interviewing professional athletes, coaches, and fans where my confidence and determination were constantly tested.

For the production of this documentary that chronicles the birth of a Lakers dynasty that would ultimately three-peat, I was responsible for culling archival footage from news outlets, archival databases such as Iron Mountain, and direct sources for home videos and tangible archival. For the latter, I was in charge digitally archiving media.

I helped supply craft services, make runs, copy scripts, shuttle crew and equipment, and remained flexible to assist the director, gaffer, producers, and other production assistants.

I served as the liaison between the line producer and the stage crew. While shooting, I also served as grip for one of the camera operators.
