Met with show producer and director daily to go over scenes. Handled preparing and styling of completed dishes and ingredient set-ups in prep kitchen and on set while shooting cooking and lifestyle show. Obtained approvals from show talent, producer, and director when necessary. Handled set dressing, shopping, managing set equipment, and sourcing. Managed insertion of dishes onto set for reshoots and stills. Worked on location with Ree Drummond at the Drummond Ranch in Oklahoma.

PProvided culinary expertise and did floor reporting during culinary battle between young contestants aged 10 through 15. Stayed onset for troubleshooting while the clock was running. Handled foodstyling and ingredient preparation, set dressing, sourcing and shopping, set equipment management, and assisting Culinary Producer with ideas for unusual products and basket composition. Worked in the recording studio and Food Network kitchens. Position requires a culinary degree as well as restaurant experience and knowledge of television production. Worked with several food celebrities including guest chef Martha Stewart.

Provided culinary expertise on highly rated food contest television show hosted by Ted Allen.
