Producer, story researcher, writer, recorder, interviewer, editor and reporter for Clemson News Now, a multimedia broadcast for Clemson University. DUTIES: • Effectively served as the producer and editor of four main shows of 20 to 40 minutes each that depicted major news • Created from scratch three or more news packages per week, each package duration was from 30 seconds to 1½ min • Creative edition of videos compiling the segments including graphics, background music and sound effects to create an impact on the audience while maintaining story consistency • Researched the web and had direct interaction with the student body to create and develop segments covering topics of high interest to the community • Wrote stories for the broadcast as well as attractive promotional teases/spots for the anchors • Field experience as the main camerawoman handling advanced equipment to record events, showing expertise in how to use a diversity of recording techniques such as angles, illumination and movement • Operated the teleprompter • Sorted the equipment • Transcribed and translated (English to Spanish) news packages.

Organized and made sure the equipment was in good condition for the shooting. Set up and operated equipment including microphones, video decks, tripods and cameras during the shooting. Provided transportation to the members of the crew.
