Main responsibility was picking up and dropping off Production staff/crew at various locations in a 12 Passenger Van. Other duties included setting up talent dressing rooms, stocking crafty, answering office phones, distributing credentials (as needed) and other PA duties as assigned.

Maintained scan file of invoices submitted. Media ingest requests. Reviewed "Work for Hire" contracts for accuracy. Updated Internet Movie Data Base (IMDB) for RLTV Productions.

Assisted Live Audience with seating and made sure each person had voting devices to be used during taping of the show. Set up and maintained craft services for the Crew and for Special Guests/Talent. I also handled any other tasks as needed while on set.

Receptionist & Production Assistant tasks..On show day (at request of the Executive Producer), I assisted at the White House lining up and tending to the needs of honored guests/talent for publicity photo's prior to show. This task was essential in keeping on a strict time schedule.
