I researched hotels & airfare. I negotiated the best hotel group rates for ALL Talent, Fighters, and Production. I kept a very organized Excel Spreadsheet of all flights I booked. I kept an accurate budget of all flights and room nights. I created an arrival and departure transfer log.

I was in charge of securing the location, the permits, and production insurance. I had created the budget and kept production below it. As the UPM, I made sure that the location was ready to go, and that there were not that many hiccups during the filming of the commercial.
